My husband brought me flowers last night. It is really amazing how wonderful a sweet surprise like that can make me feel. It's a sunny, breezy afternoon in Hilo town and I'm spending it making jewelry and drinking tea. I will most likely force myself to step outside for a moment and at least look at the ocean. I might even dip my toes in if I'm feeling brave.
